AHTN funds emergency shelter for individuals, couples and families with children experiencing a housing crisis. AHTN's Resource Consultant, Amanda Elliott, fields daily phone calls from agencies, organizations and individuals requesting emergency shelter for those who no longer live in a dwelling. AHTN has a monthly budget to fund this shelter at the Rodeway Inn in Bristol. We often run out of budget before the end of the month.
One of our donors is offering AHTN a matching gift challenge of $5,000 for emergency shelter funding.
